Products and descriptions

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as we can. Colors and images may look slightly different on your screen. Our products are intended for use as described and in line with the user manual. Our massager is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. It does not replace veterinary care.

Safe use

Use the product under supervision. Do not leave your dog alone while the massager is on, and stop use if your dog seems uncomfortable. If your dog has a health condition, please check with your vet first. You use the product at your own risk and in line with the instructions provided.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time. The price you see when you order is the price you pay.
  • Payment is processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
  • We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if there is a pricing error or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Orders and contract

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order. A contract between you and us is formed when we send your order for delivery.

Shipping and delivery

We offer free shipping on every order. Delivery times are estimates and can vary by country, customs and local carrier. Please see our Shipping and Returns page for details. You are responsible for entering a correct delivery address. Customs duties or import taxes, where they apply in your country, may be charged by local authorities.

Returns and refunds

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Please see our Refund Policy for how to return an item and how refunds work.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If you live in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have legal rights when buying online, including rights about faulty goods and the right to cancel an order within a set period after delivery. Our 30 day guarantee is in addition to these rights.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, videos and design, belongs to The Happy Dog Life or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Reviews and messages you send us

If you send us a review, photo or message, you confirm that it is truthful and yours to share. You allow us to display it on our website and social media. We may remove content that is offensive, unlawful or misleading.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
