Shipping
Free shipping on every order, worldwide. There is no minimum order value.
Delivery time after you place your order:
- United Kingdom: 6 to 9 business days
- United States: 7 to 14 business days
- Other countries: 7 to 15 days
Delivery times are estimates. They can vary by country and by local carrier.
Order processing: Your order is prepared and handed to the carrier by our fulfillment partner. You will receive a confirmation email right after you order, and a shipping email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show updates after your package ships. If your tracking has not moved after 5 days, contact us and we will check on it.
Address accuracy: Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change an address once your order has shipped.
Returns and refunds
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery.
- The item should be returned in its original condition with all included parts: massager, strap, USB-C cable and manual.
- To start a return, email us at contact.thehappydoglife@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, does not work or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery at contact.thehappydoglife@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a few clear photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been handed to the carrier.
Safe use
Use the massager under supervision. Do not leave your dog alone while it is on, and stop use if your dog seems uncomfortable. This product is not a medical device and does not replace veterinary care.
