We want you and your dog to be happy with your Happy Dog Calming Massager. If it is not right for you, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

What you need to return an item

  • The item should be in its original condition with all included parts: massager, strap, USB-C charging cable and user manual.
  • Please contact us before sending anything back. Email contact.thehappydoglife@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
  • Please do not send a return without contacting us first, because we may not be able to find or process it.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective (see below). We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.

How and when you get your refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. If it is approved, we will refund your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at contact.thehappydoglife@gmail.com and we will look into it.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, does not work or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been handed to the carrier.

Items we cannot refund

  • Items returned after the 30 day period.
  • Items returned damaged through misuse, or with missing parts.
  • Original shipping is free, so there is no shipping fee to refund.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including any rights you have under the laws that apply where you live.
